Sarah's unique journey takes her from a 13-year career in healthcare as an occupational therapist to the world of yoga and sound healing. She'll share how sound can be a powerful tool for healing the body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect:
- The interview will start at 1030am and last for about 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute QA where audience members will have the chance to ask questions.
- The space can hold 15 audience members - 11 chairs and 4 mats. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get your seat.
- Each person will be asked to sign a photo waiver form as pictures will be taken of the event.
- There is a bathroom on site. Light refreshments will be available (water/snacks).
- Tickets are $11.11 and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
