About this Event
Today there are more women in work than ever before, but women's progression in the workplace continues to be held back by ongoing disparities in pay and power, difficult workplace cultures (for example gender-based harassment and discrimination), gender norms and stereotyping, and a higher risk of job insecurity.
How can we improve gender equality in the workplace?
In this event, each of our speakers will have 10 minutes to present their perspective, before inviting the audience to join the debate with their questions and responses.
As well as the talks, the event will also feature an exhibition with further information and interactive stands demonstrating the work of our staff and researchers to help women thrive at work.
