Sitting down is literally killing us. Whether you are sitting in traffic, in the office, or at home; excessive sitting has changed our bodies for the worst. This presentation will be an informative and interactive exercise that'll give the audience tools to use on a daily basis to help them not become the hunchback of Notre Dame.
If you sit for long periods of time each day working on a computer, you may be at risk for developing physical strain and overuse injuries. According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, signs and symptoms may include: A tingling feeling in the fingers, sore wrists, frozen shoulder, trigger finger, and lower back pain. Learn how to prevent and correct those issues.
Attendees will learn:
- How to correct their posture through stretches and exercises.
- Become happier & healthier while working in an office.
- How to move your body throughout the day without neglecting your work.

Please bring your own lunch and something to take notes. Also wear something comfortable for stretching.
