“HOW MUSIC CAN BE USED TO DISMANTLE RACISM: Join award winning recording artist and keynote speaker, Carlos Morgan, for a discussion on "How Music Can Be Used To Dismantle Racism" happening at “Niagara Artists Centre”; 354 St. Paul St. in St. Catherines on Saturday Feb. 22.
