With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, Nona brings a unique perspective in aiding clients understand the intricacies of embracing challenges faced in today’s changing business landscape.

Nona serves is a subject matter expert across the area of Human Resources, consulting on topics including, leadership development, performance management, harassment prevention, succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, change management, and organizational development.

Nona holds a double Master’s in HR Management and Psychology from Mercy College. She is recognized by the SHRM as a certified professional in Human Resource Management and is certified in Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging through the University of South Florida.
