🎄 Festive Workshops at Dairy Barns 🎄

Come and enjoy a fun, friendly, and festive experience at our seasonal workshops—perfect for beginners and creative spirits alike! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the pre-Christmas rush or just want to try something new, our events are designed to be welcoming, informative, and most of all, fun.
You’ll leave with a beautiful traditional Christmas Wreath you’ve created yourself, ready to decorate your home and fill it with festive cheer.
The Event
A unique opportunity to visit the private Holly Orchard at How Hill which has one of the largest collections of Holly in the UK, created by the late Peter Boardman and now managed by his nephew Nick Coller who sells his Holly all over the country for the festive period. Arrive for coffee and cake with an introduction about the Orchard followed by a tour with Nick. You will then be able to select holly and foliage to take back to Dairy Barns where after a delicious home prepared lunch you will enjoy creating your traditional door wreath for your home. The wreath is made by creating a moss base and then decorating with local evergreen foliage and Christmas decoration and ribbon
What to Expect:
Arrive at How Hill Farm, Ludham for an outdoor Holly Orchard Tour. please wear practical foot wear. After the tour you will make your way to Dairy Barns (approx 6 miles) for lunch followed by the wreath making workshop.
Our workshops take place in the beautifully decorated main barn, complete with underfloor heating to keep you cosy. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, mulled wine, orange juice or freshly brewed coffee
We provide:
🎀 All materials and tools (except flower scissors/pruners – please bring your own!)
🌿 Fresh, locally sourced foliage from the farm
