In this half day workshop you'll examine your innovation processes, measure yourself against best in class, then identify areas to improve.
About this Event

Innovation is the lifeblood of any organisation, and if you're not constantly innovating, then you run the risk of being left behind.

But developing new products and services isn't easy, and very few companies can say they have perfected the process.

Well, this is your opportunity to learn from them, and see where you could make improvements

This half day workshop will take you through an asessment of your product development and innovation processes. It will enable you to examine everything from where you get your initial ideas, how you develop and prototype them, to how you engage with your end users.

You'll be able to measure yourself against the best in class, and then identify the areas where you need to make improvements, and how you can go about it.

And this applies to any size of business, even if it's just you.

Why should you attend

- you want to be better at innovating

- you're looking to explore new product and service opportunities.

- you want to identify areas where you can improve.

- you want to learn from the best.

The workshop will be in-person in Leeds, or you can join online which will be just as good.

You're welcome to involve other members of your team, although if attending in person that will be resitrcited to two of you as space is limited.

There are no such limits if you're taking part online.

**Please note to attend this event you must meet the following eligibility criteria of being a company that is based in West Yorkshire.
