The HOW Festival the only conference in Europe focused on hotel operations will be held for the first time in December this year but at the familiar location of Fortis Club in the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala in Petrčane near Zadar.
From December 4th to 6th 2024 the conference will once again gather over 500 participants mostly directors of large hotel chains small and independent hotels operations directors and heads of hotel departments from across the region.
As the leading meeting place for hoteliers the conference aims to discuss trends in hotel operations present best practice examples through over 20 panel discussions and presentations facilitate the implementation of new products and services and provide hoteliers with an opportunity to meet their colleagues in one place after the season.
HOW begins on December 4th with a welcome cocktail and lectures and panel discussions are divided over two days December 5th and 6th. The first part of the program will include discussions and interviews related to the hospitality industry and hotel operations in general while the second part will feature parallel workshops by hotel departments: sales & marketing human resources food and beverage housekeeping technical department etc.
After the first day of the educational program participants can look forward to a fun segment that includes a pub quiz dinner and a big party for all attendees.
