Meet The Leader event with Jonathan Hude-Dufossé (Director France, Switzerland & Monaco @Epic Foundation) organised by Global Shapers Paris.
About this Event

For this new Meet The Leader session moderated by Aurélien Birebent (Global Shapers Paris), we will have the pleasure to welcome Jonathan Hude-Dufossé (Director France, Switzerland & Monaco @Epic Foundation) who will discuss the private sector's role in financing social impact.
Together they will explore the definition of impact startups and delve into the three main tools the private sector uses for social impact: investing in impact startups, philanthropy, and social bonds. While sharing his perspective on the complex landscape involving stakeholders such as foundations and donors, Jonathan will also touch upon the emergence of social bonds as a third way for the private sector to contribute.
Of course, this discussion will also touch upon the Epic Foundation's unique approach to philanthropic giving*, and we will review current innovations and trends in the industry. We will wrap up by exploring Jonathan's perspective on the next 5-10 years and the anticipated outcomes of the discussed tools. We hope you look forward to this event as much as we do!

This event is free, open to all, and will be held in English. Mandatory registration via Eventbrite.
