'How Access to Inclusive Funding and Local Programs Can Benefit Low-Wealth and Working Families in the Clean Energy Transition.' Join representatives from two nonprofit community green lenders and the City of Orlando’s Office of Sustainability and Resilience who are helping working families transition to greater energy efficiency and adopt renewable energy. We will provide an overview of available programs and funding—and provide update on the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. We will also explore the connection between environmental and economic justice, related challenges, and how people can protect themselves from predatory green lending practices. -- Hosted by Self-Help, SELF, and the City of Orlando’s Office of Sustainability and Resilience.
