About this Event
Learning to live lightly with purpose ~
In Buddhist practice, meditating on our own death is an essential part of ones spiritual training. Why? Because by facing our death with a wisdom understanding of what is truly taking place in that process, not only are we able to engage in it with a peaceful acceptance but it becomes a powerful encouragement and inspiration to live each day of our life to the fullest.
In this course, Chelvi will explain the Buddhist perspective on what happens to our mind when we die. She will guide meditations that will take us through that process. We will learn how we can die peacefully, even joyfully, and how we can help others to do the same. We can give power and meaning to our own deaths.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
