About this Event
The Elie Wiesel Center for Jewish Studies at Boston University and American Jewish Committee (AJC) New England are pleased to present Dr. Charles Gallagher, S.J., author of the acclaimed book “Nazis of Copley Square: The Forgotten Story of the Christian Front,” for a talk about the rise of the Nazi movement in Boston and New York before, during, and after the Second World War.
In an era where extremism is again finding a home in American political life, Gallagher’s work on this little-known history, as well as his current research, speaks to the challenges of our times and reminds us that dangerous extremism can happen anywhere.
