From using AI in staff reviews to designing a client capture form that gets better information from potential clients, Sam is committed to ensuring his business is at the forefront of this new technology. We'll hear about Sam's journey with this tool and why and how he values staying up to date with it's developments.

Reviewing feedback from guests used to be a mammoth task. Rob will share how AI has allowed his team to better analyse visitor feedback helping to steer business decisions and maximise time actually actioning feedback as opposed to just reading it.

Rachael will share how she is harnessing the power of Chat GPT to write blogs and social media captions as well as shot lists for video briefs. Rachael will talk about how she writes prompts that ensure results add value to her content whilst freeing her up to think more strategically.
