About this Event
INTRO TO MIXOLOGY CLASS: In this class you will learn how promotion and marketing will aide you in your career in the night life industry. This portion will be instructed by the CEO of Houston Night Life Queens: Molly Dotson.
You will also learn how to create cocktails in our interactive class conducted by our top mixologists. This class will educate you on how to mix basic drinks served at bars and restaurants and provide you with hands on material to take home. At the end of the class you will be required to take the quiz to ensure that you have obtained the information.
INTRO TO WAITRESSING: In this Class You will learn waitressing 101 to help you succeed in the nightlife industry. This class will educate you on how to pour drinks for your customers, bottle presentation, customer service etiquette and more hands on material.
