Lets be honest, working out and stretching gets boring, at times. But we designed each class to be fun, energetic with a hint of team building. Whether you decide to drop in for a day, week or even two weeks youll be in for a vibe. No experience needed but ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Stretch. Fitness Dance with technique, is lead by 3 Professional Trainers. Kayla Griffin*. Annastaia Ransom* and Wade Bryant*. Each with their own unique styles of Teaching.

LETS MEET THE TEACHERS.
Kayla Griffin* is the owner and lead trainer at Shapedbykaylag Studio by way of Houston, TX. She is the former captain of Southern University’s Gold N’ Bluez. Kayla has worked with A-list celebrities and has a buzz of her own whether it’s dance, fitness, or her incredible flexibility.
During this intensive you’ll not only stretch and dance, you will workout.
Each day of this intensive one will go through circuit training.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves:
- resistance
- high intensity aerobics
- endurance training
You will use less weight and more reps by doing this type of workout. This will help build strength, all forms of endurance while helping lower body fat , heart rate and blood pressure and is very similar to a HITT workout.
This part of the intensive is very Essential as is will warm and loosen your muscles , preparing you to conquer the rest of the intensive camp!
Annastasia Ransom* is a professional dancer, dance instructor, and personal trainer. She’s a former Panther Doll from Prairie View University and has been featured in many music videos. Her styles varies but not limited to tap, hip hop, jazz, drill, majorette, and more. She will not only share her insights on how to advance to the professional level she will help students understand the importance of training and building confidence to be the next star in the industry. This intensive is open to ALL level of dancers. During this intensive you will experience training in different styles of dance everyday of this program. You will receive instruction, critiques, strength training, flexibility, gain muscle memory, technique, and performing skills.

Wade Bryant* Stretch Coach/Personal Trainer and “Former” Professional Ballet Dancer, from New York. Specializing in Technique, when stretching. His Class focuses on deep lower-body stretches, such as middle, right and left splits. His technique enhances flexibility, joint health, mobility and balance. It’s a unique and fun engaged class. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS! Open minded and judgement free as we learn with some dance technique ( Ballet, west African) to warm the body up and stay fluent.
