About this Event

This full day training is intended for people that want a more in-depth dive into the administration of case management services aligned with the Housing First philosophy and anchored in a trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, progressively engaging, motivational and harm reducing approach. This training is especially useful for supporting people with moderate to higher needs through a more intensive service delivery model.

Arrival: Please use the A Street entrance. See picture attached. Check in with security on arrival and they’ll direct you to the community room.

Parking: Parking downtown can be quite a challenge, please allow some extra time to find a spot.

Training Timing: 

9:30am-12:00pm- Housing Retention Training 

12:00-1:30pm- Break on own for lunch 

1:30pm-4:00pm- Resume Housing Retention Training
