As part of the joint first quarter of 2025 SC Upstate Continuum of Care and Greenville Homeless Alliance, we will be discussing via a panel the progress of the Housing Navigator pilot program, which aims to increase options for collectively connecting people who have experienced chronic homelessness to housing. The event will cover the finalized process with all partners for moving individuals into housing, the success of moving chronically homeless individuals into housing, and the challenges and barriers that have been documented. Stay tuned for additional meeting details. We will gather in the gymnasium which is accessible from Hudson Street.
