This year’s event will focus on Designing for Community and Wellbeing, a timely conversation as HNH and other partners design and create the next generation of housing opportunities for people exiting long-term homeless and beginning their journey toward housing stability. This year’s panelists will engage us share insights from their efforts to create holistic spaces – indoors and outdoors – that encourage community-building and individual wellness.
WHO WE ARE
Housing for New Hope began with the belief that our community could better serve our most vulnerable neighbors. Phoenix House, opened in 1992, provided not just housing but supportive services designed to equip residents to remain stably housed for the long-haul. Over the years, HNH has continuously responded to emerging community needs by expanding and improving services. From that small home at the corner of Elizabeth and Holloway Streets, we’ve grown to serve more than 700 people every year.
OUR MISSION
