Northern Homes Community Development Corp is a nonprofit organization with the mission to create and preserve quality affordable housing opportunities throughout Northern Michigan residents. We are an approved HUD Housing Agency with HUD Certified Housing Counselors. Our services are provided at no cost to the client. Everyone can benefit from our program. Contact the Crawford County Commission on Aging to register for an appointment. The appointments happen the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
