Problems with your money and living situation really can affect your health and wellbeing. Every week, experts from Home Group and other organisations will be on hand to give you advice and support. Come along for help with any housing or benefits-related questions or worries you may have.
These sessions are free, and there's no need to book - just drop in to the Senhouse Centre between 10:30am – 2:30pm each Tuesday.
We can also link you up with one-on-one help from our partners, such as GPs at Cumbria Health and support workers from Everyturn, if you need more support.
