🗓️ Mark your calendar for our upcoming Household Hazardous Waste Event on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 8 am to noon at our Public Works yard, 575 E. Baseline Ave. Dispose of your household hazardous waste safely and responsibly. Please note that we do not recycle paper, cardboard, cans, metal etc., nor do we accept bulk trash items such as sofas and mattresses. However, we will be available to take residential household hazardous waste materials (used oil, coolant, paint, aerosol cans, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, etc.), white goods (washers, dryers, and hot water heaters), electronics (including all types of computers and TVs), and passenger vehicle tires without rims. Additionally, document shredding is available on site. ♻️
This event is only open to the citizens of residential properties only, not commercial, who reside within the corporate city limits of Apache Junction including those that live within Pinal County north and east of the City of Apache Junction including the Gold Canyon area. 🏠

If you are a person with a disability and need help getting your hazardous waste to the event, call the Apache Junction Community Development Corporation at (480) 431-0831. Please call a week in advance in order to facilitate the pickup of your household items. 🤝
