It's time for a chemical cleanout! We're holding another chemical cleanout, allowing residents to dispose of their household chemicals safely and for free.You can drop off:
- garden chemicals
- pool chemicals
- household cleaners
- hobby chemicals
- poisons
- batteries
- paint
- motor oils, fluids and fuels
- fluoro lights
- gas bottles
- fire extinguishers
- smoke detectors.
Please note:
-No queuing before 8.30am.
-Only household quantities are accepted (20 kg or 20 litres max).
Remember to transport your chemicals carefully so they don’t leak or break. For more information call the Environment Line on 131 555.
