Where music LOVERS fall in LOVE with vinyasa (meaning the breath places the body in a special way), yoga asana (postures) , and pranayama (controlling the breath).. Ceated to hold space for all genres of music, much like our Dark Wave Yoga classes, the fluid yoga movements are inspired by the music of various artists chosen for the week.
Class is designed to lift your spirits, feel welcoming and be challenging but plenty of options to modify.
