Join us in beautiful Balboa Park for December Nights, San Diego’s largest free holiday festival! This family-friendly celebration brings together locals and visitors for two magical evenings filled with lights, music, attractions, and - most importantly - amazing food from around the world.Taste Ukraine: Stop by the House of Ukraine to enjoy traditional dishes, including:
Famous Borscht
Potato and Cheese Varenyky with sour cream and fried onions
Kovbasa Sandwich with Kapusta
Sweet treats, hot drinks, and Ukrainian spirits
Live Performances: Experience authentic Ukrainian music by U3zub and Ukrainian School San Diego Kolyada (Saturday, December 6, 1pm - 2pm) at our stage near the cottage.
Volunteer with Us: We’d love your help preparing and serving food during the event! And if you want to get involved early, join us for one (or all!) of our Varenyky & Borscht Making Days.
