AGM & ‘History of Western Harbour’ An overview of the buildings and structures- an illustrated talk by Geoff Wallis
About this Event

Doors open at 7pm

Business meeting commences at 7.30pm to include; Chairman and Treasurer’s reports, approval of accounts, brief reports on other activities and initiatives, election of the Management Committee and an open session for issues and questions.

‘History of Western Harbour’ An overview of the buildings and structures Illustrated talk by Geoff Wallis, an engineering conservator

Geoff has over 30yrs of practical experience in the conservation of structural metalwork and historic machinery. He will give us an overview about the industrial and maritime features of Western Harbour area and tell us about the work he has carried out to the swivel bridge (Brunel’s other Bridge).

Refreshments Provided (cash donations welcome)
