About this Event
Hot Yoga with Luiz combines Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with martial arts, ballet, and pilates to increase neuromuscular efficiency, body posture, balance, strength and power. Be prepared to sweat in this challenging yoga class! Learn to develop a deeper relationship with your mind and body as you are led through flow sequences as well as invited to flow on your own. Explanations of anatomy, alignment, and breath will be discussed throughout class. When you finish this class, you will be drenched in sweat, and feel very different then when you walked in the door just an hour before.
Styles and techniques vary depending on the goal of the day's class. Class is heated between 90-100 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
If it is your first class, please come at least 10 minutes early to get checked in and situated for class.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.
