Fancy an evening of good music and great company? Then join the HOT (Hastings Old Town) Ukulele Group at our fortnightly ukulele strumalong on Friday 7th November from 8pm at The Lord Nelson, Hastings Old Town. In honour of our former leader Andy Budd, who sadly passed away recently, we're encouraging those who knew him to bring along a song that makes you think of him! As usual, this is open to whatever interpretation you want to put on it - from his favourite Elvis tracks to the ways he inspired us all - so if there's a tune you love to play, bring along 18 printed copies (and upload a PDF to our Facebook page if you can) and we can all have a bash at it together - it may even be chosen for our next songbook! You're welcome to lead your song on the night if you like, but only if you want to - no pressure!!
We'll also be playing songs from the latest version of our HOTs Songbook No4: download your free PDF copy from the Files section of our Facebook page, or if you already have a colourful bound and printed copy of our Lockdown Edition, simply print the songs from 67 onwards and store in a file or folder of your choice - we'll be adding to these throughout the year.
