About this Event
Reclaiming Menopause: Owning Our Sexual and Relational Power is a bold reimagining of menopause as a transformative rite of passage for our body, mind, spirit, and relationships. Across cultures, this stage has been honored as a time of wisdom, leadership, and deeper self-connection. Together, we’ll challenge medical misogyny, cultural silence, and sex-negative narratives to reclaim menopause from a time of loss to a time of liberation and power. Join Dr. Han Ren & Shaina Singh in shifting the conversation—because menopause isn’t an ending, it’s an awakening.

Women’s sexuality has long been tied to purpose—whether through childbearing or fulfilling the desires of others—but rarely has it been centered as one’s own pleasure, power, and self-ownership. Menopause disrupts these narratives, creating both tension and possibility. How do we make space for the dissonance of shedding old identities while embracing new ways of relating to our bodies and desires? Through storytelling, cultural reframing, and collective conversation, we will explore how menopause offers an opportunity to reclaim our sexuality on our own terms. This is not an ending—it is an expansion, a chance to step into a more liberated and authentic expression of self.
