About this Event
Improv for Navigating Change is a healing workshop for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause to practice vulnerability, communication, collaboration, and world-building led by Shannon Stott. Through improv, participants will explore how to express their needs, build trust in themselves, and connect with others navigating similar transitions. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to practice showing up fully, embrace change with confidence, and heal through shared connection, creativity and laughter!
This workshop is an opportunity to practice becoming the person you want to be in a space that is open, fun, and full of possibility. By playing, experimenting, and collaborating with others, you’ll explore what it feels like to boldly step into this next phase of life—not alone, but in community. Just as train for a sport, we can also rehearse how we show up for ourselves in the world. Here, you’ll practice navigating change with flexibility, building relationships that uplift you, and co-creating worlds where you thrive and blossom.
