Charlotte and Laura will hold a space for you to step back from your busy, fast paced life. You can give yourself a gift when you lie on your yoga mat in your “nest to rest”.
You will be able to receive luscious self-care, with healing hot basalt stones, opening your body with restorative yoga asana accompanied by vibratory sounds from many of Laura’s instruments, such as: Harmonium, Laura’s voice and mantra, koshi chimes, crystal and metal singing bowls, tuning forks, ocean drums, the gong, and many more.
Essential oils and sprays will be applied with your permission.
In this series of Sunday afternoon offerings Charlotte will teach a restorative yoga sequence with guided mediation/dharma to “listen with the ears of your heart”. Through this practice you can embody these teachings by learning how to tune deeply within; interoceptively. Your body scan and awareness of your sensations will bring you to the present moment; where peace is found. Yes, peace and healing can be found by simply acknowledging the sensations in your body.
Perhaps you will experience your wholeness of body/mind/spirit softening and perhaps “temporary” relief from your “jumping monkey mind”. Together we will remember and “discover again” we were always and remain whole!
