Hot Stones & Cool Sounds is a luxurious, slow-paced afternoon of gentle movement, grounding heat, and vibrational sound, created to help you soften, release, and fully receive.

Who we are: This interactive and experiential session is being lead by Kimberley Gunning, MSW, RSW, Reiki Master, 200 hour Yoga Teacher and owner of Niagara and Melanie DiPaola, Sonic Therapist, Reiki Master, E-RYT 200, is the heart behind , a community wellness space dedicated to conscious living and gentle transformation.
Through yoga, meditation, and restorative experiences, these two support others in cultivating balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to self.
