SUMMARY:First, you will learn how to ferment peppers and other ingredients for your hot sauce. Then, we will explore different ingredients to spice up your sauce and give it your own creative flare. You'll learn about different styles of hot sauce from around the USA and around the world. We will mix some sauce together, and then you will be able to create your own recipe.
WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME:
All supplies will be provided! We will have a variety of locally grown peppers and ingredients as well as a selection of spices and vinegars to use in our sauces. Everyone will go home with a jar of peppers to ferment plus the sauce they created in class.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once you are accepted into the workshop, we will send you an invoice, and you will have three days to submit your payment of $65. We will hold your spot during this three day window. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you run into any last minute issues. Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to fill your spot.

***Ages 15 and up are welcome to attend.
***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests.
*** Masks are optional. If you are feeling sick, please do not come to the workshop!
