It's time to spice things up! Join Port City Brewing Company and Bradshaw Sauce Company on May 8th for a hot sauce and beer pairing. We will slowly increase the heat starting with "Ember", their most approachable sauce with Red Bell Peppers, and end with "Red Bandana", made with freshly harvested Ghost Peppers, Carolina Reapers, and Fatalii Peppers. Don't worry, chicken wings, crackers, and plenty of beer will be available to balance your palate. For those daredevils in the room, we will have a specialty bottle of "Supernova" made with an irresponsible amount of Dragon’s Breath peppers available to try at the end of the evening.Bradshaw Sauces and one of our beer guides will walk you through the tasting upstairs in our Lighthouse Lounge starting at 7pm. Each flight includes 6 Port City brews paired with 4 different hot sauces. This journey of your taste buds can be purchased for $22, plus tax, for the perfect Hot One's style event. ABOUT OUR PARTNER --------- Bradshaw Sauces is a local Alexandria-based company, focusing on small-batch sauces for any occasion. Dexter, their founder, comes from the restaurant industry and built his passion for cooking into a passion for heat. From an initial curiosity to a realized passion for hot sauce, their sauces are sure to surprise you.
