Desirae Pierce is a seasoned yoga leader, teacher, and mentor who dedicates her career to the transformative power of yoga. As the owner of Breath and Body Yoga, Desirae leads power vinyasa classes, facilitates teacher trainings, hosts corporate yoga sessions, and works closely with University of Texas athletic teams to enhance their performance and recovery.
She develops and applies unique alignment principles that empower her students to cultivate strength, resilience, and self-discovery both on and off the mat.
Desirae currently teaches personalized private sessions that integrate power vinyasa, stretch, and vin yoga. She is also an avid traveler and actively writes her forthcoming book, The Future Shape of Strong.
