Learn how to teach this dynamic format and inspire others with a training centered around building core strength, endurance, self-esteem and spread the love of yoga.Hot Pilates Core is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. It is designed for all fitness levels and it is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in the US. This training provides the basic knowledge to teach a well-rounded class. The structured components are:
• A review of the Basic Pilates Principles
• A full explanation of the exercises and poses
• How to use cues
• How to explain cues
• How to construct the class
• Alignment
• How to get the class grounded
• Music
• Dialogue
• How to be an effective instructor
In addition, each teacher will receive our manual consisting of poses, benefits and alignments. You will learn how to constructively sequence a class to get driven results. Our training is Yoga Alliance certified and will be led by Rachel Horwitz.

Friday Schedule:
Class 4:15pm - 5:15pm, Debrief until 6 pm
Saturday Schedule:
Class 8:30am - 9:30pm, Training 10am - 4:30pm
Sunday Schedule:
Class 8am - 9am, Training 9:30am - 2:30pm
