Participants should wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, classes are held barefoot and some people use socks with grip on them.
Mats and towels are available at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own.
The studio space will be heated to 85-90 degrees. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING A WATER BOTTLE. It is very important to hydrate before, during, and after the session. While heated workouts provide many benefits, there are risk factors to consider: those with certain health conditions such as asthma, heart disease, low blood pressure, and low blood sugar or those who are pregnant PLEASE GET CLEARANCE FROM YOUR DOCTORS PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION. The excessive sweating and high temperatures may cause dehydration and an increased risk of fainting.
