Alright people!Last time we did a nice walk around the park. Let's take it up a notch and incorporate some running intervals!
We will be doing the same route as last time, except this time we will be doing running intervals! We will start with a 5-minute walking warmup and then we will run for 2 minutes, and walk for 1.5 mins for the duration of the 3ish-mile route, which is:
-Starting from Red Cup, go north on Classen
-Right on 33rd
-Continue down 33rd until we hit Edgemere Park
-One loop around the park
-Left on 33rd (westbound)
-Left on Classen and back to Red Cup for some delicious vegan grub and coffee
This is and always will be a casual social run. All levels of running and vegging are welcome! There will be no lockbox or hydration provided so come prepared for your own needs.
