Hot hula fitness at Old Midland Courthouse

Hot Hula Fitness is a low impact Polynesia Dance & Exercise Program. In this program you will learn Polynesian dance moves to the sound of the Polyneisan Drums, with the fusion of Old School, Reggae, Island Music. Hot Hula Fitness will give you a workout with total body movements that suits all fitness levels.
