MC: KATHRYN HIGGINS
Hot Gossip’s regular powerhouse, Kathryn is bold but friendly Irish comic with a playful style. A regular performer at The Free Association, member of the Soho Theatre Comedy Lab 2019, she was also a Funny Women Semi-finalist 2021 and BBC New Comedy Award regional finalist 2021.
BELLA HUMPHRIES
North Wales based comedian Bella is “an incredibly promising act with a natural charm” (Danny McLoughlin). She “oozes charm in a cheeky sort of way, and is as powerful a jokewriter as I’ve ever seen.” (Blizzard Comedy). Bella did support for Kiri Pritchard-McLean’s most recent tour “Home Truths”, co-runs the brilliant Shed Load of New Comedy and is currently working on her first hour.
ORION LEWIS
Orion is a stand up, writer and actor. Between making her parents very very proud and thirstily throwing herself at strangers’ dogs, she still heroically finds the time to be “a fun nanny because you’re weird and I heard you say the F word” (Emily, 8).
MONICA CHATTERJEE
Monica Chatterjee is an event manager by day and chaos (comedian) by night. She's an Indian raised in the Middle East who moved to London 2 years ago to have better life. (Joke's on her) She's appeared on Channel 4 in a documentary titled My Massive C***.
CERYS BRADLEY
Cerys "Quantum Leopard Champion of Champions 2021" Bradley is an autistic non-binary goblin who pretends to do stand-up comedy on the weekends. They won the Neurodiverse Review's first ever award for Actually Autistic Excellence in 2022 and currently weight the same as a large male leopard.
LOUISA KEIGHT
The mastermind behind the Hot Gossip line-ups, Louisa was a finalist in the Funny Women Awards 2021, semi-Finalist in the 2Northdown New Act Competition 2021 and won the 2021 Quantum Leopard Champion of Champions Award as a tie with Cerys! Louisa was a member of Soho Theatre Young Company in 2019 and her show of the same year at the Camden Fringe was nominated for an Off-Broadway festival award.
