Start your morning with movement, mindset, and friendship at this special Hot Girl Walk® experience at The Grove.

We’ll kick things off with a guided Hot Girl Walk®, getting your steps in with mindful movement, through the iconic Grove. The route is ~1-mile, flat-route, and accessible to all.

After the walk, we’ll head inside Barnes & Noble for a book signing, intimate reading, and discussion led by Mia Lind, creator of the Hot Girl Walk® and author of Hot Girl Walk: Find Happiness, Achieve Your Dreams, and Cultivate Confidence.

This event will be motivational and memorable as you show up for yourself and connect with others—whether you’re a longtime Hot Girl Walk®-er or joining us for the very first time.

Expect feel-good movement, meaningful conversation, photo opps, and the iconic Hot Girl Walk® energy.

Net-proceeds from Hot Girl Walk® book sales will be donated to non-profits that support women via the Hot Girl Walk® for Good initiative.
