- Workout with Guest Trainer - Simone Loilani: : Our trainer will lead us through a dynamic workout session designed to strengthen, tone, and uplift your body and spirit.
- Sister Circles: After the sweat session, we’ll wind down with meaningful sister circles. Share your journey, connect with like-minded women, and leave feeling empowered and inspired.
- Hike: We will end this beautiful morning going up abd back down the mountail (on the easy side)
