About this Event
Mission Statement
The Hot Girl Swap is Castle Rock's premier community clothing swap, bringing together women and families to reimagine fashion through sustainable, accessible, and joyful exchanges. We believe that style should be sustainable, shopping should be social, and every closet clean-out can create community connection.
Our mission is threefold:
- SUSTAIN: Divert thousands of pounds of clothing from landfills by creating a circular fashion economy in Castle Rock
- SUPPORT: Provide free access to quality clothing for all community members, regardless of economic background
- SISTERHOOD: Build meaningful connections among Castle Rock and Denver women

HOW TO SWAP: GUIDELINES
Before You Arrive
- RSVP Required (Free!)
- Gather Your Items | Bring up to 12 gently-loved items per person
What We Accept
✓ Women's & men's clothing (all sizes)
✓ Shoes in good condition
✓ Activewear & outdoor gear (perfect for Colorado!)
✓ Maternity wear
✓ Teen styles
What We DON'T Accept
✗ Undergarments or socks
✗ Heavily worn/stained items
✗ Broken zippers/missing buttons
✗ Children's clothing
At The Event
CHECK-IN (First 15 minutes)
- Show your RSVP confirmation
- Receive your raffle ticket for local business prizes
- Get your swap guidelines card
DROP & DISPLAY (Next 15 minutes)
- Hang your items on provided racks by category
- Our volunteers will help you find the right section
- Take a moment to arrange items nicely for others
SWAP TIME! (Main event)
- Browse and select items that spark joy
- No limit on what you take (within reason - leave some for others!)
- Try things on in our designated fitting areas
- Mix, mingle, and make friends!
RAFFLE & WRAP-UP (Final 30 minutes)
- Local business raffle drawings every 30 minutes
- Final call for swapping
- Help us pack remaining items for donation

"Swap & Win" Raffle Structure
How It Works:
- Every swapper gets 1 raffle ticket at check-in
- Bonus tickets for: bringing a friend (+1), following us on socials (+10)
- Purchase tickets as well price based on what we get
- Drawings every 30 minutes during event
- Grand prize drawing at end
