Magical Solstice is here! To honor the coming of Winter, flow a little to warm the body, and hold poses to stretch away our stress, then relax a little by candlelight, and cozy up with a winter solstice guided relaxation & a cup of vegan hot cocoa. Create a winter intention while you flow while using your breath to clear your mind, and turn your awareness within. Cookies provided, take it to go if you cannot stay. The shop will be open for last-minute shopping. Class is up and down from the floor.
