This is a SPECIAL EVENT to encourage all ages bike riding, get to meet other bike riders in the area, and enjoy some tasty warm beverages (presuming the weather is cool enough!). We’ll have hot chocolate and cookies to share.---Ride schedule & details---
You can show up starting at 1:30/1:45pm for a bike inspection and hang out. We’ll provide a safety overview and inflate tires. We will roll out at 2:15pm.
THIS EDITION OF THE PEDAL THE PARK RIDE WILL BEGIN AT CORNELIA FORT AIRPARK ON SHADOW LANE.
We will roll as a large all-ages group, then adults/older youth riders will split off for a guided ride on the back end of the greenway. Games are possible for the younger kids at the park entrance!
Has it been a while since you last biked? Want to join but haven’t got your own bike? A limited number of bikes are available for us to bring – drop us a line at least 48 hours in advance so we can bring a bike that fits your needs. Bikes are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
