About this Event
Since 1902, Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House on 71 Cherry St, Cambridge has been a trusted community hub - a historic space dedicated to empowering individuals and families through services, support, and connection.
At MFNH, we offer a welcoming, supermarket-style Food Pantry, giving nutritious groceries to thousands of residents each year with dignity and choice — helping reduce food insecurity and sustaining the community.
Our Community Engagement Program provides wrap-around support: one-on-one assistance with housing, employment, resource navigation, skill-building workshops, community events, and outreach.
We also welcome volunteers whether helping in the pantry, contributing to events, running workshops, or supporting outreach because community involvement is how MFNH thrives and keeps its doors open.
What this means for you:
Join our Open House on Monday, December 15, 5:30–6:30 PM to explore our historic building, meet staff and volunteers, learn about our services — especially our Pantry and Community Engagement work — and see how you or someone you know might benefit or contribute to our mission. Enjoy hot chocolate and treats as you experience the heart of our community.
Everyone is welcome. RSVP today or contact Dhara ([email protected] / (617) 547-4680 ext 226).
