PLEASE NOTE: No Refunds. Substitutes must be swapped before arrival (24-48 hours), and a transfer fee may be applied.
Onsite Admin support is very limited and will deduct time from your bungee experience. Please make sure any changes to participants, including name, weight, and height, are made at least 24-48 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event that we are forced to put the event on hold and postpone it to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new event dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please contact [email protected] to learn more about your options.
