Each monthly gathering includes:
- A guest expert speaker who will do some brief education on topics like hormone balance, mood, sleep, libido, etc. followed by an open forum Q&A to ask all your questions
- Supportive group sharing and a unique group activity facilitated by Creative and Sound Artist Arlyn Ruddy of Awaken Spanda.
- Sacred sisterhood

Athena is a functional and family medicine nurse practitioner and the founder of STAT Wellness in Charleston. She specializes in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and root-cause medicine, blending clinical science with personalized, lifestyle-focused care. As a mom of three, she’s passionate about helping patients build resilient bodies and balanced lives.
