NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARYThis set series is built to heal from head to toe using 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. You will build balance, strength, and flexibility. This is a foundational class designed to be completely BEGINNER friendly and continue to challenge the experienced practitioner. Variations and rest breaks are offered. A 90 minute practice is the traditional way and provides time for core work, also known as transitional sit-ups as well as more time in each posture to create all of the juicy benefits for your mind, body, and soul.
