About this Event
In this Drop In, learn how to host short form games with polish. While repetition and rehearsal are important in finessing game introductions, the relationship with the audience is also an important feature of hosting, and this class will give you ways and means of being in front of the audience, as yourself, with comfort and ease. An essential tool in the improviser's kit.
Parking: Parking is free right in front of the building, the County sign may still be at the entrance and there are two sets of double doors, the entrance is set in the middle of the building. If the main lot is full, our guests can park for free across college street, or up one block in paid public parking at 9th and Tryon.
Security: We have many cameras and security personnel on-site during normal business hours. We suggest, as in any major city, that our guests take typical safety precautions and we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage while on VAPA/County property.
