About this Event
About the class: Trish will be guiding us through a class specially tailored for postdoc appreciation week that will feature Spanda, a theme from ancient yoga philosophy that refers to the natural state of being, the universe, and life itself. Spanda is about understanding that in life we experience periods of both contraction and expansion. Even though we experience challenges, we also experience times in life where we are fully aligned and moving towards our fullest potential. Join us on the mat for an uplifting hip focused class!
Speaker bio: Trish Curling is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Writer. She is currently completing her 300 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training with Chromatic Yoga and Matt Giordano, having previously completed her 200 Hr. yoga teacher training, along with studies in the Nervous System, Restorative yoga, and the therapeutics of the shoulder, hip, and spine with Yoga Medicine. Trish strives to create an environment that feels safe, fun, approachable, and challenging enough, so that everyone feels like they have contributed to their overall health in a positive way.
